1) Overview

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cash Advance: Borrow Money App mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “App”), operated by Alliant Finance B LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

The App provides a platform through which users may explore potential loan or cash-advance offers from third-party financial partners. We are not a direct lender and do not make credit decisions. All loan terms and agreements are determined solely by third-party providers.

2) Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state
Be a legal resident of the United States
Have the capacity to enter into binding contracts
Provide truthful, complete, and current information
Use the App only for personal and lawful purposes

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or misuse.

3) Loan Terms, APR & Repayment

3.1 APR Range

Annual Percentage Rates (“APR”) represent the yearly cost of credit, including interest and applicable fees. Offers through the App may vary up to 35% APR depending on:

Your credit profile and history
Requested amount
Repayment term
Lender underwriting criteria
Applicable state laws

All APRs, fees, and total costs will be clearly disclosed before you accept any offer.

3.2 Repayment Terms

Repayment schedules vary by lender and product. Typical terms range from 3 to 24 months. You will receive a schedule detailing the number of payments, amounts, and due dates.

3.3 Payment Methods

Payments are usually made by ACH debit from your bank account. Other methods may be available depending on the lender. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds.

3.4 Fees & Charges

All applicable fees—including origination, late, returned-payment, or expedited-processing fees—will be disclosed before acceptance. No hidden fees are permitted.

3.5 Early Payoff

Many lenders allow early repayment without penalty, which may reduce interest costs. Review each lender agreement for details.

4) Account Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information
Share or misuse credentials
Use another person’s account
Engage in fraudulent or prohibited activity

We may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of violations.

5) Electronic Communications

By using the App, you consent to receive electronic communications, including emails, SMS messages, in-app notifications, and digital agreements. These are legally equivalent to paper documents. Some legally required notices may be sent even if you opt out of optional messages.

6) Data Accuracy & Authorization

By submitting information, you authorize Alliant Finance B LLC to collect, process, verify, and share your personal and financial information with participating lenders and service providers, including using third-party services for identity, income, and bank-account verification.

7) Fees & Compensation

The App is free to use. We may receive referral, advertising, or marketing compensation from lenders or partners if you connect through the App or obtain a product. Such compensation does not affect your loan terms.

8) Permitted & Prohibited Use

You may not:

Violate laws or regulations
Attempt unauthorized access
Use automated scraping tools
Upload malware or harmful code
Reverse-engineer or copy the App
Send spam or unsolicited messages

Violations may result in immediate termination and legal action.

9) Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We are not liable for interruptions or changes.

10) Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and data in the App are owned by Alliant Finance B LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-commercial license for personal use only.

11) Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed $100 per user, where permitted by law.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alliant Finance B LLC and its affiliates from claims arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of law.

14) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes will be resolved by individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Class actions are waived. If arbitration is unavailable, disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.

15) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations, suspected fraud, or harmful conduct. You may stop using the App at any time. Certain provisions survive termination.

16) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and revise the Effective Date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
